Yabba Dabba Doo???


ZoT can be a bizarre place. And with their Flintstone Dinner planned for Wednesday, June 18th they’re upping the ante. There won’t be brontosaurus rack of ribs but there will be a lot of strange food to try including python, turtle, yak, black bear, antelope and even lion. The six course meal will cost $95 per person and will include wine and spirit pairings.

FLINTSTONE DINNER
ZoT brings their wild bounty to the table

In response to the demand for exotic meats, Chef Bernard brings your experience to the next level. You are cordially invited into the ZoT lair to feast on his wildest game. The menu has been crafted based on his culinary travels and in collaboration with other chef-friends. In cooperation with Robert Kacher Wines and Palateur Imports, this special event is slated for a 6:00pm reception, 7:00pm sit-down dinner on Wednesday, June 18th, 2008, at Zot Restaurant, located at 122 Lombard Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147.

The Flintstone Dinner is another Zot creation of wild nature. The menu will feature such rare catches as Python, Turtle, Yak, Black Bear, Foie Gras, Antelope, and African Lion. The six-course menu will be priced at $95 per person and each course will be carefully paired with luscious wines from the Robert Kacher Wine Collection and select spirits from Palateur Imports.

Robert Kacher Selections aim to bring the best of French boutique wine country to the United States.
