Fork Hosts Night Of Global Sushi

On Thursday, April 26th, Fork will be holding a special Sushi Tasting and Book Signing Party with local author Sasha Issenberg. Issenberg’s first book, The Sushi Economy: Globalization and the Making of a Modern Delicacy, is a fascinating story that uncovers the far-flung global network of fanatics, chefs, tuna ranchers and pirates that make up the sushi market.

The tasting and book signing will feature a reading from Issenberg, a discussion of his book and a tasting of sushi selections created by Fork’s co-owner Ellen Yin and Chef Thien Ngo.
