Two More Starrs For NYC

The New York Post reports on two more planned entries to the Stephen Starr Empire.

“We are looking to do two more concepts downtown,” Starr told The Post’s Braden Keil. He says leases are now being negotiated to open a version of his tapas-style continental restaurant and another Asian-influenced eatery.
