Starr Returning To UCity

Stephen Starr and Penn confirm they are in preliminary talks to bring another Starr restaurant to University City. “Starr said Penn’s commitment to building up the “dead land” to the east of campus and the University’s highly diverse student body makes it ‘one of the only areas in Philadelphia’ that can still draw in new businesses.”

Although talks are under way don’t expect to see the restaurant anytime soon, it’s probably three years out.
