Well if you are at Blush’s Smokin’ Tuesday, they are. Enjoy the Bryn Mawr eatery’s reduced drink prices from 5 to 7 PM and their tapas style menu all night.

Nineteen, atop the Bellevue opened too late to be included in the Fall Restaurant Week, so they’re one of the few Center City restaurants you can get into relatively easily this week. And XIX has a $35 prix fixe menu Monday through Wednesday, so it’s just about Restaurant Week cheap anyway.
