over 30 bars and restaurants are offering special Wednesday night deals of $4 cocktails, $3 wines and $2 beers plus free appetizers throughout Center City. And the deal keeps getting better as street parking is free after 5 PM and Philadelphia Parking Authority garages are just a buck after 5 PM.
