According to Alex Marvez of Fox Sports, the Eagles are trying out kickers after Cody Parkey aggravated his groin injury against the Jets Sunday.

The kickers the Eagles will try out include Nick Novak, Caleb Sturgis and Billy Cundiff,  per Ian Rapoport.

And could there be a return of Murderleg?

More from Marvez:

Parkey is three for four on his field goal attempts this season and made his lone attempt from 30 yards in Sunday’s 24-17 win over the New York Jets. Parkey, though, has struggled getting distance on his kickoffs. All four of his kickoffs were returned by the Jets.

Parkey ranks at the bottom of the league with only 21.5 percent of his kickoffs (three of 13) going for touchbacks. Parkey’s touchback percentage during his 2014 rookie season with the Eagles was 46.9 (46 of 98).

Chip Kelly and Parkey have maintained that the kicker is healthy despite the fact that he missed time this preseason. He was not listed on the team’s injury report heading into the game. Parkey missed a critical 44-yard try against the Falcons but has connected on his attempts in each of the past two games.

Adam Caplan‘s top available kickers are:

Nick Novak
Caleb Sturgis
Shayne Graham
Billy Cundiff
Rian Lindell
Connor Barth
Kai Forbath
