The following Eagles are inactive for tonight’s game against the Colts: QB Matt Barkley, WR Josh Huff, CB Jaylen Watkins, OL Matt Tobin, OL Kevin Graf, OLB Marcus Smith II and DL Taylor Hart.

That means running back Chris Polk, who has been hampered by a hamstring injury, will dress. Polk was sidelined in Week 1. He’ll be the third running back behind LeSean McCoy and Darren Sproles.

It also means Smith, a first-round pick, won’t dress. Last week, Smith dressed but did not play any snaps.

On the offensive line, it’ll be Dennis Kelly starting at left guard in place of Evan Mathis, a team source tells Tim McManus. Andrew Gardner will start at right tackle.

The Eagles have seven offensive linemen active: Jason Peters, Kelly, Smith, Jason Kelce, Todd Herremans, Gardner and David Molk.

The Eagles have five wide receivers active: Jeremy Maclin, Riley Cooper, Jordan Matthews, Brad Smith and Jeff Maehl. All four tight ends – Brent Celek, Zach Ertz, James Casey, Trey Burton – will dress.

Four inside linebackers will dress as well: DeMeco Ryans, Mychal Kendricks, Emmanuel Acho and Casey Matthews.
