Eagles Add Two To Practice Squad

In addition to the other moves they made today, the Eagles announced a couple changes to their practice squad.

They signed inside linebacker Brandon Hepburn and offensive lineman Tyler Hoover. The team also released LB Colton Underwood from the practice squad.

Hepburn (6-2, 240) was a seventh-round pick of the Detroit Lions in 2013. He spent his rookie season on their practice squad, but was cut a couple weeks ago. Hepburn played his college ball at Florida A&M. Here’s what his measurables look like:

Hepburn graduated with a degree in biochemistry and initially went to college on an academic scholarship.

Hoover (6-7, 297) played defensive line at Michigan State. The Colts signed him as an undrafted free agent in May. He played offensive line in high school.

Here’s what the Eagles’ practice squad now looks like:

QB G.J. Kinne
RB Matthew Tucker
WR Will Murphy
WR Quron Pratt
OL Tyler Hoover
