Whatever your plans are for this weekend, we hope you spend some time resetting and focusing on what makes you feel good from the inside out. Whether you want to go on a group hike through the Wissahickon or exercise then create your own bouquet, here are five health-focused activities to get you started in the Philly area.

GROUP RUN. Start your Saturday off running the Ben Franklin Bridge with a great crew. The Dry Run & Sober Social, a run club that has been hosting monthly group runs followed by alcohol-free gatherings since last April, is logging a three-mile, all-paces run/jog on Saturday at 11 a.m. Meet at Race Street Pier before running across the bridge (and back) and grabbing lunch at Waterfront Gourmet. Free, excluding lunch; just show up.

JEWELRY MAKING. Want to create your own unique piece of jewelry? Head to Varga Bar this Saturday at 1 p.m. for a bracelet-making class led by Philly’s own JFOX Jewelry. During the three-hour event, you’ll use a variety of gemstones, crystals, letters and charms to create your own custom bracelet. Varga Bar will also be running specials on drinks ($4 select beers, $5 house wine and mixed drinks) if that’s your style. $20; email Varga Bar to register.

WOODSY HIKE. If you’re interested in exploring Wissahickon Valley Park this weekend but don’t want to go alone, join Komal Khattak of chiropractic biz The-Back.Space for a free group hike. The leisurely walk through the Wiss will begin at noon out of Valley Green Inn, and end at the same location around 1:30 p.m. Free; DM The-Back.Space on Instagram to RSVP.

WORK OUT & CREATE. On Sunday morning, Vibe Fitness Studio and OHMGrown Yoga, along with florist South Stems, are collaborating for a “Community in Bloom” event. Take either a yoga class at OHMGrown at 8:30 or 10 a.m., or a strength-training class at Vibe at 9:30 a.m., then build your own floral arrangement thanks to South Stem’s on-site bouquet bar. There will also be coffee and juice from Revolution Coffee Roasters and bagel bites from Maria’s Bread Sandwiches. $45; register here for OHMGrown yoga and here for Vibe Fitness strength training.

SOUND BATH ON A RIVER DOCK. Sounds dreamy, right? On Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Luna Maye will be leading a luxe sound-bath meditation event aboard Sea Philly‘s Penn’s Landing venue the Estuary. Your ticket includes a 44-minute sound-bath meditation, welcome mimosas and a light breakfast. BYO yoga mat and blanket. $95 plus tax; sign up here.
