Whole Foods is so much more than a grocery store these days. It’s a Millennial paradise. Not only can they pick up all-organic everything, it’s also got locally made food — from falafel to doughnuts — for the locavores, and enough all-natural skincare products to make any beauty blogger happy.

But if that wasn’t enough, now we’ve got the Millennial paradise pièce de résistance: a Whole Foods with its own avocado toast bar.

Yep, that’s right: At the new Whole Foods in Spring House — which opened on March 14 — the salad bar has a very special addition, at which shoppers can build their own avocado toast. The avocado toast bar is pretty unique, too: According to a Whole Foods spokesperson, it’s the “first of its kind in the Mid-Atlantic region.”

So what, exactly, does one find at at avocado toast bar? Well, at this one, there’s toast (duh), plus an assortment of toppings, including avocado (duh, again), chickpea mash, pesto, pea shots, chili peppers, sriracha, bacon crumbles, and oven roasted tomatoes. An interesting mix, to be sure, but we’re told there will be other toppings “rotated in and out.” Nothing like surprise toppings to keep the magic of an avocado toast bar alive!

And if that’s not enough to get you over to Spring House to check out the hip new Whole Foods, there’s this: They’ll also have James Beard Award-nominated Curiosity Doughnuts in store everyday starting at 7 a.m. until they sell out (so until, like, 7:03 a.m.). So, yeah, we’ll be seein’ ya there.

Whole Foods Spring House is now open at 1111 North Bethlehem Pike.
