Vegan Creations from Vedge Chefs Coming to Whole Foods Hot Bar

Vegans, rejoice: The day of vegan meals is part of a larger holiday-themed collaboration between Vedge and Whole Foods.

Tomorrow is a very special day, friends: World Vegan Day. And the chefs from everyone’s favorite vegan restaurant (Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby’s Vedge, duh) have teamed up with Whole Foods Market to celebrate in a pretty sweet way. For tomorrow only, vegan holiday-inspired creations from the chefs at Vedge will be available at Whole Foods Market hot bars all across the country. “Cheesy” rutabaga and potato mash, here you come!

The hot-bar takeover is part of a larger collaboration between Vedge and Whole Foods: The two have teamed up to offer vegan holiday meals, available via online ordering, for the holiday season. Meaning: The vegans among us won’t need to suffer through another Thanksgiving with nothing to eat. (Praise the lord.) The vegan dishes — which are the same dishes that will be filling the Whole Foods hot bars tomorrow — include items like mustard-glazed cauliflower, lentil-mushroom stuffing, sauerkraut-roasted rainbow carrots, and more. You can see the full selection here.

And note: Online orders placed between tomorrow and November 6th will be $5 off with the code VEGAN. Now, go ahead and forward this to all your family members who still ask you (EVERY. Single. Year.) if vegans eat chicken or not.
