If your definition of a good cocktail is a rum and diet coke concoction, the folks over at P.S. & Co. have some things to teach you: Throughout August, they’ll be hosting a healthy summer cocktail series where you’ll learn how to man the bar, making your own herb-infused simple syrups, fruit-infused liquor, and drinks with good stuff like coconut water, fresh-pressed juice and kombucha. We’re pretty sure there will be no rum and cokes in sight.

The three-part series kicks off Wednesday, August 5th with a class on how to put together your own eco-friendly (and healthier!) bar. The next class, Wednesday August 12th, will be all about infusions and simple syrups and the third class, on Wednesday, August 19th, will hone in on the art of making mocktails, how to choose organic liquors and biodynamic wines, and more. Each of the classes comes complete with a cocktail tasting, and all ingredients used will be gluten-free, organic and plant-based.

The classes, led by culinary nutritionist Jessica Yeager, will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m., and you’re welcome to join in on one ($65) or all three ($150). You can find out more about the cocktail series and sign up here.
