For this edition of the Philly Fitness Cheat Sheet, we’ve got Lauren Boggi, the super-fit creator of Lithe Method. She dishes on her favorite places around town to work out, refuel, and get away for a fitness-filled weekend. Check out her picks below.

(Note: If you aren’t already addicted to the Cardio-Cheer-Sculpting workout, you can read all about my experience trying it here.)

Where is the best spot in Philly to squeeze in a sweat session (besides Lithe Method, of course)?
I love walking or running up from 17th and South Street over to the Schuylkill River Trail, then up the Art Museum steps. I’ll hit the grass on the way back for push-ups and see-saws.

What’s your favorite healthy meal around town?
I live on Lithe Foods, but my other favorite go-to healthy meal in town is the warm shrimp salad at Parc. I order it with the beurre blanc — an emulsified butter sauce — on the side. It’s delicious, filling, and has the perfect balance of healthy protein and fat.

What’s Philly’s greatest hidden wellness gem?
It’s a tie between Tif Nork’s bodywork and Julie Schwartz’s acupuncture. Both are true healers.

Best spot for a fitness-filled weekend getaway?
The Lodge at Woodloch is a perfect getaway spot nestled in the Pocono mountains. It feels like a world away. I love it because you can stay busy hiking, kayaking, doing adventure sports, yoga, Pilates, fitness and aquatics classes. They also have an incredible spa, and Big Bear and Elk Mountain are just 10 minutes off the property.

What’s the one thing every fitness lover in Philly has to do at least once?
You have to walk or run over the Ben Franklin bridge. It’s beautiful, exhilarating, and seeing our city from it gives you a totally different perspective.
