Calling All Smoothie Fans: The First-Ever Robeks Food Truck Is In Philly

Get ready to squeal with so much joy, you guys: Robeks is finally here. Eeeeee! The beloved smoothie chain, with locations all over the country, has officially brought its smoothie-making magic to our city with the launch of the company’s very first food truck, right here in Philadelphia.

The truck was started by Kimberly Berger, a regional director for Robeks, who recently relocated to the Main Line and realized that Philly was kind of lacking in the smoothie department. As she said in a press release, “The truck was a natural fit to the Philadelphia market, and fills an unmet need at many events where healthy and kid friendly menu options are limited.” Amen to that.

The truck offers a short and sweet menu of smoothies and fresh juices, with prices ranging from seven to nine bucks. And now, for the really important question: Where in the heck is this smoothie truck parked? Well, today the truck will be slinging smoothies at LOVE Park and then at The Oval. To find out where they are on the daily (because trust us—you are going to want a Robeks smoothie every day) you can keep up with their whereabouts on Twitter.

And in more of today’s amazing news: For all you folks who’ve been anxiously awaiting the arrival of Robeks first brick and mortar location, you won’t have to wait much longer. The very first Philly location is slated to open at 1035 Chestnut in September. Squealing with joy again? I figured.
