To Do: Philadelphia Leprechaun Run

The perfect kick-off to a terrific St. Patty's weekend.

Grab your green and a pot o’ gold and get ready to participate in a Philadelphia tradition that be going on since 1984! This year’s Philadelphia Leprechaun Run will be the perfect start to your St. Patty’s Day Weekend.

The run takes place Saturday, March 16th, on a five-mile out-and-back course along the Schuylkill River on MLK Drive. For those who wish to participate but aren’t up for running the five-miler, there’s also a two-mile fun run open for all ages. Proceeds from the event go to the Special Olympics of Philadelphia. $25 until March 1st, $30 after, race day is March 16th at 9 a.m., Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and the Art Museum.
