To Do: Mind Body Spirit Expo

Optimize your mental and spiritual health at the Mind Body Spirit Expo in early November. It’s billed as the largest natural health and human potential expo in the Eastern United States. In addition to the 120 exhibitors who will present everything from astral photography to jewelry, psychics and body workers will be present to provide services to all attendees. There will be lectures and yoga classes, too. Special guest speakers include Agape International Spiritual Center’s Michael Bernard Beckwith and energy medicine pioneer Donna Eden. On Saturday, U.S. kirtan singer and chant artist Krishna Das will also perform a special concert for all expo attendees. For more info, go here.
