“Eat More Pickles”—and Other Food Resolutions for 2012

A Philly Post writer shares his lose-weight food resolutions.

Over on the Philly Post, contributor Brian Howard is sharing his food resolutions for 2012. My favorites:

• Eat only fast food when you’re actually going fast (i.e. on a road trip).

• Use smaller plates to control portions. (The tried-and-true method really works, people!)

• Eat more pickles. (Ask anyone who knows me, and they’ll tell you I’m a pickle-holic. So yes, I support this.)
