Burn the Bird On Black Friday
Want to torch at least half of the 1,600 calories you just consumed on Thanksgiving? Head to one these Sweat Fitness locations—Filter Square, Queen Village, Conshohocken or Manayunk—for a two-hour “Burn the Bird” workout.The post-feast sweat fest starts at 8 a.m. and will include two full-body workouts: an hour of aerobics and an hour of sculpting.
