Pig Out at Amada, Whole Roast Pig on Sunday, March 25
On Sunday, March 25th Amada will be hosting its first-ever Pig Out, featuring all-you-can-eat roasted whole suckling pig. For $55 per person or $75 per person for food and bottomless red and white sangria. The restaurant will be hosting two seatings, one at 4 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. and the second from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Make reservations now, this is sure to go fast.
Guests don’t just receive a whole roast pig brined for two days in sugar and salt water, then oven-roasted and seasoned with olive oil and sea salt, though we would be ok with that. There are also appetizers, sides and dessert.
Ensalada Verde, green salad with fava beans and avocado
Tortilla Española, Spanish potato and egg cake with saffron aioli
Chorizo a la Planxa, grilled skewers of Spanish sausage
