This house looks like a Cape May B&B and has plenty of original details too, like built-in bookcases, wood floors and molding galore. Thankfully, the bathrooms, electric and kitchen have been renovated since the home was built in 1900, and the latter includes a Wolf stove, three sinks, granite countertops and a separate eating area once reserved for the butler. There’s also a back stairway off the kitchen should a new butler show up.

If the inside doesn’t charm sufficiently, the outdoor space will: Aside from a large front porch and two-tiered second-floor deck, there are fruit trees on the land: peach, lemon, fig. Not to mention the blueberry bushes. Confidential to new owner: Please send us a pie after purchase. Thank you.
