second outpost of his popular Old City shelter shop, the Big Green Earth Store, on South Street. The hodgepodge of products it carries — rechargeable batteries, pencils made from recycled bamboo, solar laptop bags, recycled plastic utensils, chic bamboo tops from EcoGear, and some locally crafted accessories — all have to pass Fisher’s good-for-the-globe test, either by being made from repurposed materials or by conserving the Earth’s natural resources.
