The Flower Show is #OpenInPhilly, and Discounted for the Snow Day

The Philadelphia Flower Show is heading into its first week of 2014 with a snowy situation on its hands, but it looks like its working out to our advantage. Check out the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society‘s special snow-day deal:

The Show will remain open regardless of what Mother Nature brings, and to celebrate spring we have a one day special price ticket of $20.00 that will only be offered until 11:59 pm Monday night. This special Snow Ticket can be used for any day of the week and does not need to be redeemed on Monday–join us any day now through Sunday.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who’s curious about the show but doesn’t want to pay the regular price. I was there yesterday, and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. The art theme is one of the best I’ve seen, with the large, abstract designs, and nods to other art mediums, like the stage and cinema. Oh, and you have to take a stroll through the butterfly garden. Ask the attendant to let you feed one.
