James Sugg Tells Us What It’s Like to Write Songs for Kathleen Turner


If you haven’t seen Philadelphia actor, sound designer, composer, and Pig Iron Theatre Company member James Sugg around town in a while, it’s because he is in Washington D.C., composing music for Arena Stage’s Mother Courage, starring none other than Kathleen Turner.

The show runs January 31st through March 9th, and in the video below, Sugg talks about the challenging project.
