Raju Bhattari, a former Tiffin chef, has spun off into his own outlet, Ekta. The Fishtown storefront isn’t ideal for eating in, with only two cramped tables for diners. Takeout and delivery are your best bets here. Try the onion bhaji ($2.25) and the spicy masaladar chola (chickpeas stewed with onion, tomato, pomegranate and roasted cumin for $6.50). Portions are generous, so plan for leftovers.
