Another in the city’s parade of French restaurants, Queen Village’s Cochon (French for “pig”) charms with a rustic sensibility and a rough chalk sketch of that namesake pig. The menu is enticingly rustic — crispy chicken livers with balsamic, slow-roasted pork shoulder over lentils — but the former Café Sud space can become unbearably loud as the BYO wine flows.
