Nicole’s ring!
The ring: My ring has an oval center stone in a platinum halo setting with a diamond band. I have a four-year-old daughter, Kylie, and we decided to go ring shopping as a family at the Zales in Exton. Kylie and I helped custom-design a ring and even help pick out the center stone—but I didn’t get to see the end result until the proposal.
The proposal: Every year my sister, mother, and I go to dinner in the city at Villa di Roma to celebrate spring birthdays and Mother’s Day. Well this year, when we got there, TJ and Kylie were waiting for me at the top of the steps with flowers. I was so surprised!
He not only proposed, he even got a ring made for Kylie, with three purple hearts (her favorite color is purple and three hearts for the three of us). I think this was the most special part for me, as he has always loved her as if she was his own and has always made sure she is included in everything we do. He then had all of my friends and family join us at the restaurant to have dinner and celebrate after. It was the perfect night.
The band: TJ got a diamond band made to match the engagement ring!
