NCAA March Madness Party at the Top of the Tower

On Thursday, March 18, 2010, the law firm of Zarwin, Baum, DeVito, Kaplan, Schaer, Toddy, and P.C., along with HUB International, hosted the NCAA March Madness Party at the Top of the Tower at 1717 Arch Street.
