I ordered 3 sets of Fermob Bistro chairs and 3 Fermob tables. After the order was placed, I was told I would receive a receipt. I never did. When I received the chairs (no tables) there was no receipt or packing list with the items. I ordered these items for the company I work for, so a receipt is important. I called 5 times trying to speak with someone. When I finally got a person on the phone, they said the tables would be back ordered for 8 weeks! Then the options they sent as alternatives were much larger and more expensive. I would not order for this place again.
