Jay-Z on his way to greet the fans after a morning press conference in Philadelphia. People were lined up at the top of the Art Museum stairs to get a glimpse of the fanfare surrounding the big announcement about Jay-Z’s Budweiser Made in America music festival to be held in Philadelphia Labor Day weekend.
After the press conference, Jay-Z did press interviews at the top of the Art Museum stairs.
