The British are coming!

It’s official: Ted Baker London is slated to open the doors at its first Pennsylvania location at King of Prussia Mall on May 2. The 1,817-square foot store will be inspired by Philly’s revered Liberty Bell; the shape of the store as well as a cash till, armed with bells and whistles, will mimic the monument. Maintaining their British roots, the walls will be emblazoned with the lyrics from an English nursery rhyme (charming, right?).

On opening day, the store will be stocked with spring/summer ’14 womenswear, menswear and accessory collections (think bold colors and sporty-chic neoprene).

Shoppers present during opening weekend will be treated to a special gift with purchase as well as giveaways. Fever-Tree premium sparkling beverages will be on tap along with gourmet kettle corn for shoppers throughout the weekend. Can’t make it during opening weekend? There will be an enter-to-win competition running all month. The winner will score a $1,000 shopping spree at the store. We’ll assume that’s incentive enough.
