Remember Clocktower Farm, that magical farmhouse estate in West Chester that has an honest-to-goodness stone clocktower on its property? There’s an interesting estate sale happening at the home that runs from July 9 (today) through July 11. In fact, Sales By Helen, the group in charge of running the sale, is billing it as the “Sale of the Summer.” We perused some of the hastily taken photos on SBH’s website to see if it lives up to such a lofty stature. (Hint: it does.)

For one, there is the the usual collection of trinkets, household items, artwork, fine furniture (including a sweet grandfather clock) and silver table settings. Click through the gallery and you’ll come across a 1961 C-5 Willys Jeep and 1969 Plymouth Barracuda, which SBH’s John Romani tells us is “fully restored and never seen a drop of rain.” Here are the dates for the sale at 1680 E. Boot Raod in West Chester:

  • July 9: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • July 10: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • July 11: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Clocktower Farm was originally listed for sale back in April 2014 for $1.995 million. After a series of price cuts, it was most recently listed in March for $1.499 million. It has since been pulled from the market.
