VIDEO: Guy Proposes Using Rose Bowl Stadium and a Helicopter

After 10 years of dating, a California dude finally came up with how he wanted to propose to his girlfriend: By writing out the question with rolls of paper weighed down by Ziplock bags filled with sand across the field in the Rose Bowl for his girlfriend to see via the helicopter she’d be sitting in hovering above the stadium. Duh! Why didn’t he think of this before?

Well, it worked out, and it’s cute. Check out the video (including time-lapse footage of the words being placed on the field) of the proposal here, though unfortunately, it doesn’t answer the question of why the most important question he’ll ever ask is not properly punctuated with a question mark. I mean, I know I’m an editor and all, but what, did they run out of paper? Come on.
