Philly Just Won the Freaking Super Bowl and We’re Still the Underdogs
The line out of Vegas for Super Bowl 53 has the Patriots favored to win. Again.

Surely overcoming long odds and devastating injuries on the path to capturing the franchise’s first Super Bowl title changed some minds about the Philadelphia Eagles, right? Not in Vegas, at least.
Just one day after beating New England 41-33 in Super Bowl LII, the Eagles opened behind the Patriots in most sports books’ odds to win the championship next season. Even more disrespectful is the fact that the Birds don’t even have the second-best odds! That belongs to the Packers, who didn’t even make the playoffs after their star quarterback went down with an injury.
