Several reports are indicating that Pennsylvania State Senator Larry Farnese has started the process to reintroduce legislation to ban discrimination against LGBT people in the state.

CBS is reporting that Mr. Farnese, who tried to introduce a similar bill three times prior which failed, thinks that the momentum behind last week’s Supreme Court decision to legalize gay marriage may serve as a shot in the arm for the proposed legislation. He told KWY News Radio, “Under Pennsylvania law, it is permitted to deny someone a service or a job, based simply upon the way they live their lives…You can discriminate in Pennsylvania based simply upon who someone loves, and that is wrong.”
