[Update] Philly schools are closed, after all.
[Original] As expected, snow arrived overnight. Now we deal with the fallout. First things first: Philly schools are opening late today.
The city’s parochial schools are also opening late, the archdiocese announced.
Twitter has a lot of comments like these:
