Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey appeared on AC 360, Anderson Cooper’s CNN show, Wednesday to discuss the rescue of Carlesha Freeland-Gaither.
Freeland-Gaither was abducted on November 2nd in Philadelphia; she was found last night. Delvin Barnes, a Philadelphia native with Virginia ties, was arrested Tuesday night in Jessup, Maryland.
