Expensive Jewelry, Bags Stolen From Villanova Home

Lower Merion Police say nearly $500,000 of jewelry and bags were stolen from a Villanova home last week. “Among the items taken were two Hermes Birkin handbags valued at $15,000 each, a red Gucci evening bag valued at $4,000, a wedding engagement ring valued at $80,000, diamond earrings valued at $10,000 and a woman’s Cartier watch valued at $25,000.” The house was apparently robbed during early evening hours when the home’s residents were both gone.
