Ex-Miss Pennsylvania Ordered to Pay $5 Million to Donald Trump

In June, Sheena Monnin gave up her Miss Pennsylvania title in protest, claiming the Miss USA pageant was rigged. The Donald, who runs the show, promptly sued her for defamation. “I think her primary issue is that she lost and she’s angry about losing,” he said at the time. “And frankly, in my opinion, I saw her barely a second and she didn’t deserve to be in the top 15.” An arbitrator has now agreed, claiming she was upset that transgender participants had been allowed to compete.
