Penn: Where Choosy Thieves Choose to Thieve

The university’s Division of Public Safety has divulged a list of spots where thievery thrives on campus. Laptop-toters should beware the Cosi on 36th Street and the Saxbys at 40th and Locust, where “theft of unattended items” is up. Everyone else keep your eyes peeled for suspicious activity at American Apparel, Urban Outfitters, and both of the campus CVS locations — all four are frequent targets of retail theft.
