Comcast’s NBCUniversal Inks Deal With China’s Youku


NBCUniversal—a part of the Comcast Empire—has inked a deal with Chinese online video giant Youku that will deliver new movies and films from the vault to Chinese customers through the online, video-on-demand service. Topical titles like Contraband, Safe House, The Lorax and others will be packaged with classics like Jurassic Park, The Big Lebowski and Schindler’s List as a part of a rotating selection of 100 titles for Youku’s 300 million viewers.
