Governor Corbett, Juror No. 11 Speak Out About Sandusky Trial
Governor Tom Corbett and Juror #11 from the Jerry Sandusky trial spoke out about the investigation, subsequent court proceedings, and conviction of the former Penn State football coach on 45 of 48 charges on This Morning on CBS today.
The juror said that she wanted to see Sandusky testify, but that the jury didn’t discuss that issue while they were deliberating the case. She also said she particularly sympathized with the first victim that testified because his story was so complete.
Governor Corbett spoke about the pace of the investigation and gave his thoughts on the defense’s claim that they needed more time to adequately prepare for trial.
