Former Eagle and current U.S. Congressman Jon Runyan is really peeved about the medical waste that turned up at LBI to start the summer. So peeved, in fact, that he went ahead and sent a strongly worded letter to EPA administrator Lisa Jackson asking for an investigation to determine who is responsible for improperly disposing of the waste that prompted a shutdown of beaches from Barnegat Light to Ship Bottom on Saturday.
