Sandusky Jury Won’t Be Sequestered [UPDATE]
Potential jurors in the sexual abuse trial of former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky have been told that they will not be sequestered during the trial. Judge John Cleland told the 240 members that they should avoid all news and social media posts about the trial throughout the proceedings. Um, it’s 2012. They won’t be sequestered, they should just avoid all interaction with everyone they’ve ever known. Good luck functioning in modern society without using the Internets, you guys. [CBS 3]
UPDATE: Three of the 16 jurors and alternates have been selected. [Philly.com]
