Freshman Allegedly Raped Germantown High Classmate in a School Stairwell

Police arrested a Germantown High School freshman this morning for allegedly raping a classmate in a stairwell inside the school during first period on Friday. The school district has said that the stairwell leading down to the boiler room should have been, but wasn’t, monitored by a staff member.
