Bad Fiscal Policy to Blame for Current School Budget Problems


School Reform Commission Chairman Pedro Ramos noted that “bad fiscal policy” by previous administrations have left the Philadelphia School District in its current economic dilemma. He said so today at City Council’s Education Committee’s hearings on PSD issues.
