NJ Weedman Ed Forchion isn’t just lamenting the fact that he wasn’t allowed to legally change his name. The marijuana-advocate is in the midst of a legal battle after the DEA raided his medical marijuana dispensary out in California. Forchion is back in the area to represent himself in court after he was picked up in Burlington County in the spring of 2010 with a pound of weed on him. [Daily News]
