Bachmann Ends Campaign for Presidential Bid

Michele Bachmann has ended her campaign for a presidential bid in the 2012 election after a poor performance in last night’s Iowa caucus. Bachmann announced her withdrawal from the race at a press conference in West Des Moines where she said, “Last night, the people of Iowa spoke with a very clear voice, and so I have decided to stand aside.” [New York Times]
