Penn State Planning Joe Paterno’s Exit

In the midst of the Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse scandal, it is being reported that Penn State University officials are planning the end of Joe Paterno’s tenure as head coach. It is not sure exactly how long it will take for Paterno to vacate his position, but it has become clear that the intentions are for the transition to happen well before next season. [New York Times]
