Philly Area Housing Sales Down

Prudential Fox & Roach's report shows dip in sales numbers

Sales are down 21.5 percent and the median selling price is down 4.8 percent in the Philadelphia region according to Prudential Fox & Roach’s HomExpert Market Report. Chester County homes posted the highest median selling price in the area while Philadelphia County charted the lowest.  [Philadelphia Business Journal]
